Tiger 21 is the nation’s premier peer-to-peer learning group for high-net-worth investors. Its members build skill sets to successfully transition from focused entrepreneurs to disciplined managers of wealth. Participating in professionally facilitated, 10-12 person groups, members meet monthly to harness the varied expertise and collective intelligence of their peers.
Challenge
Transition Networks’ challenges included redefining the private Tiger 21 digital community experience and create a stronger, more influential public presence. The current site was not working hard enough to support Tiger 21’s core Internet mission to be the primary online communications tool for its premiere network of high net worth members. The public site needed to communicate the brand more effectively to potential new members and the media.
The original site architecture for the private and public sites was confusing with overlapping navigation. The brand message had not evolved since the company’s start-up. Tiger 21’s dynamic growth, success of the groups, and the value of influential presenters were not immediately clear.
Solution
Transition Networks delivered Tiger 21’s vision to transform its previous site into the ultimate branded community experience and trusted online environment for its high net worth members. At the same time, we established a sharper, more focused branded public interface as an information source to attract new members, distribute media, and showcase presenters. Co-marketing partnerships were identified to grow new qualified contacts and communications databases.
A method was created for scaling and organizing the member directory by new groups and adding data by cities and making it more interactive. The long list of forum threads was categorized. An improved event calendar system was created. A new suite of tools was created for the investor-members to communicate with eachother and management, initiate forums, address challenges, and pursue opportunities within the peer structure.
