Ujval is working with Gloscon in capacity of Project Manager. He has 4+ years of extensive Experience in different technologies such as Open source, Drupal, PHP. Ujval has extensive experience of Application Development and Product Development in a wide variety of business applications based on SaaS model. He has worked on several web based development projects and successfully managed projects with US and Australian clients. Ujval is always Highly appreciated and recognized by the clients for performance, sincerity and commitment for the work assigned and work done.

Ujval manages all On Site Project Execution, Project Management and On-site Training. He is highly qualified to develop and nurture good relationship and rapport with Clients,Team Members and Management. This has brought efficiency and success to all his projects. His technical skills equally compliment him with these qualities.

Ujval is very knowledgeable and detail oriented able to come with solution and will work until projects objectives are met. He Always exceed expectation. Ujval also manages Gloscon’s other three departments Openkick Technologies, Cogdina(Design) and Surge-Boom(SEO). Heading up the Openkick Division, Ujval is taking care of Corporate Training, Incubation Business. His expertise in User Experience improvement is one of the pioneer for cogdina and client projects.

He has massive command to write business plans. He has written and presented few Business plan on behalf of Gloscon Solutions for Kosansh.com and citiplots.com,etc.

Besides Technical and Managerial Skills, Ujval has delivered number of lectures and workshop on Open Source Technologies, Drupal and Ruby on Rails to various Universities in India. He is actively involved in internship training and providing training sessions to bunch of 30 trainees per term.

Ujval was a Member of Management Team for First ever 3-day Drupal Camp held in India at Ahmedabad in August 2008.He has participated and represented Gloscon Solutions in Drupal Camp India at Ahmedabad & Pune in 2008-2009.

Before joining Gloscon, Ujval has technical experience with companies like Reliance, C-cube Interfaces Pvt Ltd. He has done his Masters degree in Computer applications.
